A large proportion of the information presented by the Service is owned by GM Holden Ltd. and has been sanctioned as acceptable for use for hobbyists, but not commercial use.

You may register for an account with our website by completing and submitting the account registration form on our website, and clicking on the verification link in the email that the website will send to you. You must keep your password confidential.

For the database service, in an effort to control access, access credentials will be provided to clubs affiliated with the AEHF, via their Club President, and may be changed on a regular basis. Club members should not share the access credentials outside the club membership. Clubs wishing access should email admin@fxfjcars.com, where the request will be validated. Access is our discretion and, when given, may be revoked at any time. Individual access may be provided, at our discretion.

You must not allow any other person to use your account or club credentials, to access the website.

You must notify us in writing (by email) immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of an account.

You must not use any other person's account to access the website.

You are responsible for any activity on our website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential, and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure.

7. Cancellation and suspension of account

(a) We may cancel your account at any time at our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

(b) You may cancel your account on our website.

8. Your content: licence

In these terms and conditions, “your content” means all works and materials including, without limitation, text, graphics, audio-visual material and files that you submit to us or our website for storage or publication on, processing by, or transmission via, our website.
